Overview

Please carefully read, and ensure that you understand, the terms and conditions detailed below prior to shopping on the Clan Collective online store.

By using www.clancollective.com to purchase goods, you acknowledge that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions.

Full payment must be made in order to finalise a transaction and goods will not be shipped prior to complete payment. After payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to pay for the goods in store, we will hold the goods for you for up to a week before providing other customers with the opportunity to purchase. Please notify us by phone or email if you require an extension on the time limit given for collecting goods in store.

Pricing, Duties and Taxes

As Clan Collective is not currently registered for GST, our pricing is exclusive of GST. If you are an international customer, you may be charged duties and taxes on importation of your purchase into your country of residence.

Sizing

The majority of goods offered by Clan Collective are handcrafted, and so slight variations in sizing and dimensions may occur. For bangle sizing, please visit the bangle sizing page.

In most cases, if you are unhappy with the sizing of your purchase, we will happily exchange the item for another of the same or higher value. If you wish to exchange the item for another of higher value, you must pay the difference in price prior to the postage of the new item back to you. In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for the payment of postage. Please see the returns and exchanges terms below for further details.

Returns & Exchanges

Clan Collective is happy to provide exchanges for items purchased within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the goods. Goods must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide exchanges for edible goods for health and safety reasons. Please note that we don’t provide refunds, however, we will gladly provide you with a credit note that you will be able to use in the future.

If there is a manufacturing fault found in one of the products supplied by our store, we kindly ask that the item is returned to Clan Collective where it will be assessed by our team. If it is agreed that a manufacturing fault is present, Clan Collective will provide a full refund for the goods and the postage costs incurred by the customer.

Representation of Products

We strive to visually represent and describe the products showcased on our website and online store authentically and accurately. Occasionally, however, differences in device colour calibration may result in a very slight disparity between the colours of products on screen and in real life.

Custom-made Products

We love to collaborate with our customers on products that are designed specifically for them. Prior to commencement of a custom project, we require a 30% deposit from the customer. The remaining payment is due on completion of the project, prior to postage or collection. As custom-made goods are designed and made especially for an individual or entity, we do not accept exchanges for goods within this category.
